Store Policies
We hope you are totally satisfied with your purchase from Koup's Cycle Shop. We are always here to work with you to make you satisfied with your purchase.
Damaged in Shipping
If the item was damaged in shipping, please email or contact us immediately (within 24 hours). You may contact us by email at returns@koups.com. We will file a claim with the carrier for reimbursement of the item. KEEP ALL ITEMS AND ORIGINAL PACKAGING UNTIL CONTACTED BY THE CARRIER OR US. If we are able, we will exchange the item for an undamaged one. If the item is not available, we will refund your money after the carrier pays us. This could take up to 2 weeks. If you want a replacement sooner, you must pay for the replacement, but we will refund the original damaged one after the carrier pays us. (Including shipping) We may request the damaged item back after the carrier pays us. We will send a call tag for the item and pay the shipping. Return Item for Refund or Exchange We try very hard to represent the item with as much detail as possible, but if you are not completely satisfied with the purchase of your item, you may return it for a partial refund or exchange.

** Note: Special Order Items (non stock) may be returned or exchanged depending on distributor/manufacture policy. Restocking fees may apply. Special order items must be returned within 30 days of original order. If unsure, please email returns@koups.com .
All items must be in "as-new" or same condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals, pieces, parts and accessories.
This policy only refers to return items for refund or store credit. Defective items may be returned for a same-item exchange only. This is not a warranty policy. Warranty and defective parts are handled as per the manufacture or distributor policy. See below. If the item was marked "As-Is , or Close-Out" the item may not be returned. All vehicles (motorcycles, atv's and Mules) are sold as-is and may not be returned or exchanged.

Returns must be made with-in 7 days of receipt or 30 days of orginial order (which ever comes first.)

You may also return the item to our retail store.
For all returns, the customer prepays shipping. Your initial shipping will not be refunded. If item was shipped with free shipping, you may be charged the shipping if you select a refund. Some items may be charged restocking or handling fees. Returns must be sent via UPS, Federal Express, or any courier that issues a tracking number.
Koup's Cycle Shop reserve the right to refuse any return and if found item is not in same condition as when shipped (resellable),worn or installed. Koups reserves the right to not refund money or issue credit. Koup's Cycle Shop reserves the right to make final decsion on all returns. In some cases additional costs may occur including additional shipping and restocking fees.
Please allow 2 weeks for credit or refund. We will refund you the same way you paid us. If only wanting to exchange an item, no handling fee will apply, only freight charges. | Notice to international customers
Please note that you are responsible for all international shipping costs, document fees, import fees and/or taxes. We will ship the item with insurance if available for your country. If you select not to purchase insurance we are not responsible for lost packages and you will not be issued a refund. We highly recommend you ship with insurance. If you are the high bidder or purchase this item, you are responsible for completing the transaction and paying all shipping costs. Please email us for a shipping quote or with any questions prior to purchasing.
| Warranty Issues
Some of the new items we sell come with a manufacture warranty. If you have a problem with one of the items, please email us and we will try to assist you. We handle all warranty issues with the manufacture.
Online Pricing Prices may change without notice. If a price changes, we will contact you prior to shipping. Vehicle prices listed do not include factory freight,setup,taxes and state fees.
