A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

A:Yes, we accept trades from most motorcycles and ATV's on other units. We need to see the item do give your a fair trade value. Please have this done prior to purchasing or bidding.
Q:Can I pay for the item when I pick it up at your retail store ?
A:Yes, you can pay when you pick the item up at our store following all terms for payment. Please make pre-arrangements prior to picking the item up in our store.
Q:Do you combine shipping?
A:Yes. Combined shipping is based on the total weight and size of the package. When you want us to combine shipping, please make all your purchases then request a invoice on check out. We will update your order and send you a updated invoice with combined shipping.
Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?
A:Most of our sales are shipped the same day for purchases made during EST business hours Monday through Friday. We do not ship on the weekends or holidays. See the shipping table for estimate on the number of days in transit. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions on your shipment.
Q:Do you ship internationally?
A:Yes. See the shipping section on our auction pages to see which countries we ship to and the price to get you item there. You are responsible for all import fees and/or taxes that your government may charge you on the purchase of the item. PLEASE DO NOT ASK US TO SHIP THE ITEM AS A GIFT or LOWER THE VALUE ON THE CUSTOMS FORMS.
Q:Can I pick the item at your retail store ?
A:Yes,you can pick the items up at our retail store. You must make pre-arrangements by emailing us or calling us before picking it up. You cannot just show up at our store without pre-arrangements. In some cases shipping will show up on your invoice. If you decide to pick the items up at our store, the freight will be credited back to you.
Q:Do you ship vehicles (motorcycles and ATV's) ?
A:We will assist you in shipping your vehicle you purchased off us, but we do not ship unless it is with-in 100 miles of our retail store. We ask that you make shipping arrangements yourself. eBay offers some good shipping sources. Please contact our sales department with any vehicle shipping questions.
Q:International Customers and Shipping Quotes.
A:We do ship to most countries around the world and use USPS as our main source of shipping. You can use a shipping calculator (on USPS or UPS sites) to get a estimated quote prior to bidding. After purchasing the item, we will contact you if there is a shipping change. Remember we highly recommend getting insurance and international orders can take up 30 days to arrive.
Q:Do you have any other color or sizes of an item ?
A:In most cases we stock various sizes and colors. Please contact us with your size and or color wanted.
Q: Can you get items not in your online store ?
